Hi Maxim, Thank you for reaching out. You could follow these steps to set up the Adwords API and make API calls for your MCC account:
Apply for the Adwords API access by signing in then navigating to TOOLS & SETTINGS > SETUP > API Center and filling out the API access form. Create a test account following this guide. Get the client library set up using the steps listed here. Set up OAuth2 authentication following instructions in this guide. Make the first Adwords API call for the test account using the python client library. Once you have it set up, you could use TargetingIdeaService to retrieve targeting ideas.
