SERVICE_ACCESS_DENIED when trying to call API

Hello!


We are facing the following error = SERVICE_ACCESS_DENIED when trying to 
call the following API


API = 
https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/mcm/v201809/ManagedCustomerService


but we can call the google Ads API Beta and the access to Google Ads API 
was approved.
