I use a token to access production accounts with Adwords API. The mcc is 5609887012. I can manage all other child accounts with this token.
the same token seems not working with the new google ads API. The GUI / Api center shows a different token and: Your developer token is currently enabled for Test Account Access <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/access-levels?hl=en-GB>. Apply for Basic Access in the "Access level" section to begin interacting with production accounts. I don't understand why I see that on the GUI.
