The googleads.adwords used to import libraries for the AdWords API and the google.ads.google_ads used to import libraries for the Google Ads API is our new API that is currently in beta. ‘_c’ is the read command from the background bash request. You don’t need to worry. PLACEMENT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT to get rows for automatic, managed and excluded placements at ad group level and CAMPAIGN_NAGETIVE_PLACEMENT_REPORT to see placements excluded at campaign level.
