I want to clarify a little. We work with several accounts through api. And we would like to receive the balance of these accounts several times a day using the BudgetOrderService method. Accordingly, are we limited only by these *limits* <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/access-levels> for requests per day or are there any other restrictions?
