Hi Alberto,

Thank you for reaching out. For your first question, if you are detecting 
managed placements, you can run the Managed Placement View report and add your 
desired filters using the WHERE clause. If they are automatic placements, you 
can use the Group Placement View report the same way.

For your second question, you can exclude a placement by using the 
CampaignCriterionService to add a negative CampaignCriterion of type 
PlacementInfo. You can follow the example here.
