Hello,

With regards to your concern, the 'MostSpecificCriteriaId' gives you the id of
the specific location criterion associated with the impression. The
LocationCriterionService will return the LocationCriterion constants that match
a specified name, you could use this constant to obtain more details on the
location criterion. For your other concern, we do not have code samples
available using our client libraries to retrieve the location information via
API, however, you might find this code sample useful for reference to get the
location criteria by name. Let us know if you have any additional concerns.

Regards,
Nikisha Patel, Google Ads API Team
