Hello, With regards to your concern, the 'MostSpecificCriteriaId' gives you the id of the specific location criterion associated with the impression. The LocationCriterionService will return the LocationCriterion constants that match a specified name, you could use this constant to obtain more details on the location criterion. For your other concern, we do not have code samples available using our client libraries to retrieve the location information via API, however, you might find this code sample useful for reference to get the location criteria by name.
