Hello, Thank you for writing to us regarding your concern. As per this document, for privacy purposes, the user list size will show as zero until the list has at least 1,000 members. After that, the size will be rounded to the two most significant digits. If they are uploading 1087 members successfully and are still seeing size zero in the Google Ads UI, I would recommend reaching out to the product support team via help icon on the top right corner of your Google Ads account (once logged in) as they would be the best bet to assist you with your concerns.
