Thank you for reaching out. You can follow this example for downloading 
reports. Just change the report query to match the metrics and report type you 
would like to retrieve. You can also check out this guide on reporting basics 
in the API. If you are unable to get the expected values, please provide your 
client customer ID and the complete report definition you are using via Reply 
privately to author so that I can investigate the issue further.

The CampaignService  will allow you to get and mutate campaigns. See this 
example for getting all campaigns and this example for adding a new campaign. 
You can follow similar logic for getting/mutating ad groups and ads by using 
the AdGroupService  and AdGroupAdService.
