yes sir , but UserInterestInfo <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v2.common#userinterestinfo> need UserInterest <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v2.resources#userinterest> resource name , and i dont know how to create UserInterest Resource Name , because there is not Operation or MutateResponse for UserInterest then how can i get UserInterest Resource Name
