Hi, is it possible to retrieve data using the TargetingIdeaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/TargetingIdeaService> from a test account? I ask this because since the test account does not have real ads I suppose there is no date to retrieve, or am I wrong?
