Hi Renan, Thanks for the question! The removal of modified clickability requires that the entire surface of an ad must be clickable (i.e. leads to the advertiser's website) in order for the Ad to be compliant. It doesn't seem like there are any exceptions to this rule, including to add a clickable "play" button as is the case here. I've reached out to the product owners for this feature to see if they have any suggestions or if they've encountered this issue previously. It's possible that the only solution is to rely on the Ad to autoplay instead of relying on user interaction, but I'll follow up here with more information as soon as I can.
