Hello Pete,

I don't see anything initially wrong. The only unusual thing is that the 
baseCampaignId is being set to the same thing as the campaign.id. Most people 
leave that base campaign ID empty unless they are using campaign drafts and 
experiments. I'm not sure if that would create an issue, though. I'm checking 
with someone else on my team to see if they can spot what's happening here.
