Hi, The form that you have indicated is the correct one for requests concerning your developer token and the Compliance team.
As for the implications with the developer token transfer, your requests should still work as long as you are using the appropriate OAuth2 credentials for the account IDs you specify in your clientCustomerId property. Any approved (with basic / standard access level) developer token can be used to make calls on any Google Ads account, just make sure that the OAuth2 credentials that you use were generated using an email address which has access to the specific account in your request.
