Hi, After you have created your test MCC account, you should be able to create a client account via the Google Ads UI as well. However, since creation via the UI is already outside of our scope, you may reach out to the product experts via the Google Ads Help Community forum for further guidance regarding this matter.
The rest of the steps as to making another test MCC hierarchy that you have mentioned should already be correct. Make sure, however, that you generate separate sets of OAuth2 credentials for the two hierarchies. For example, if email A has access to test MCC A, then the credentials generated using this email should only be able to access MCC A and all its sub accounts under its hierachy. The credentials generated using email A cannot be used to make calls against MCC B and all the sub accounts under its hierarchy. That being said, you will also need to make sure to use the credentials that are associated to whichever account it is you specified in your clientCustomerId property to avoid authorization / authentication issues.
