There are also the possibility of adjustments being applied to your account after a certain period. You may refer to this document to read more about data freshness and adjustments and what period it is best to retrieve performance data. "if first question is possible, is there any notifications or status (from google ads API) I can use to know that the data is changed?" -I am afraid that a notification feature for metrics adjustments is currently not possible via the AdWords API.
