Hello Tima, I am Peter's teammate working on this concern as he is not available. I see that those offerIds are available via API and also available via UI-> Reports-> custom reports-> Shopping – ID Prod Perfs in your account. In general API data always matches with the UI data, even here it is matching with the data that is downloaded via UI reports. I did not find those those offer ids in the account, under products. You might have to contact Google Ads support team to check from where those offer ids are coming from since it is product level concern. You can contact them from the Help icon on the top right corner of the account.
