My apologies for the delayed response. You're using the AdWords API, which is 
perfectly fine, I was just curious for reference.

Based on the logs you shared it appears as though something is changing in the 
OAuth client, which is managed via the developer console here, I'm guessing 
that's the site you've been logging into to re-create this client when it gets 
deleted, is that right?

Do you know if another process or individual has access to the client and may 
be deleting it unknowingly? If not, and if you think it's an error with the 
developer console, you should reach out to their support team as those clients 
are totally separate from our API and we don't have access to those resources 
here. You can contact support by clicking on the main menu button in the 
top-left corner of the screen and selecting "Support"
