Hi James, YouTube dedicated campaigns are still not available via the AdWords API. You may refer to the AdvertisingChannelType and AdvertisingChannelSubType fields to know which campaign types are currently supported. Do note, however, that certain campaign types already target across other channels including YouTube as indicated in the documentation.
