I've a question regarding to the concurrent modification error when I try to update keywords within a campaign. I'm not in a multi-thread process and I'm using just one user updating the entity. How is it possible? Another related questions .. May I use the google ads api from different adwords accounts at the same time? For example, for creating and updating different campaigns from different accounts?
