Hello! I know pausing a location isn't possible, but what's the closest way to approximate this?
We have a campaign that's targeted to multiple locations (DMAs). My requirement is to pragmatically activate/deactivate the location criteria based on budget/spend. For example, on day 1 our campaign is targeted to the Orlando DMA and Tampa DMA; when Orlando hits $10, "pause" that location in the campaign. Originally I tried just removing that location. But once the Orlando location is removed, that criteria seems to go missing from all queries (it's as if the Orlando location criteria never existed). This means when our system re-examines the campaign, it concludes that $0 has been spent on Orlando, and it decides to re-add the campaign (to hit the $10 budget). I need to "pause" it while preserving the ability to see that $10 was spent on this location.
