Hi Ales, others, Sorry for the delay. This change is indeed related to the Help Center article you mentioned. Excluding games via ContentLabelType=GAMES was recently deprecated across the Google Ads product, including in the APIs.
If you are still interested in opting out of games, please consider using the "Games" topic instead, which is available for all campaign types that were previously covered by the GAMES content label exclusion, covers the same inventory, and provides additional coverage for web games content. To exclude that topic using the AdWords API, add a negative Vertical criterion with verticalId = 8, either at the campaign or ad group level. For more specific game exclusions, use the verticalIds of other game-related topics .
