If you wish to create these entities (campaign, ad group, ad) in bulk, you may 
use the MutateJobService for this. However, storing of the resource information 
in your database has to be implemented on your end. You could use the entity's 
GET methods (e.g. CampaignService.getCampaign) to get the resource's other 
information.
