Hi, My apologies as the websites you are referring to are already outside of our expertise. Our APIs would also not be able to rank the keywords generated by your mentioned sources as ranking is not supported.
You may, however, be able to identify (manually) which of the said keywords would perform best. I would recommend that you check out our targeting ideas guide (for generating new keyword ideas and retrieving historical stats of) and our estimating traffic guide (for traffic/performance estimates of existing or proposed campaigns, ad groups, and keywords).
