Hello Gaddy, Normally, it would not take this long for results to show up. Unfortunately, we had a problem in our reporting pipeline that we posted about on our blog: https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/2019/05/reporting-issues-april-30-and-may-1-2019.html
The side effect is that now the Keyword Planner data is one month behind. April metrics are not available, yet. We do have an issue open for specifically tracking that this gets put out there, but I think it may take a bit of time before the entire issue is resolved. So, the good news is that your request is fine. The bad news is that our data is a bit behind schedule, but hopefully we'll be getting it to you soon. When you see the issues clear up in this post (https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/9339371) then it's very likely the Keyword Planner will also be fine again.
