Hi! I run this code sample https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/python/miscellaneous#upload-an-image and it gives me an error "UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xff in position 0: invalid start byte"
How to fix the issue?
