Hi, Thank you for reaching out. Can you confirm if you are using the Google Ads API or the AdWords API? You can use the CampaignCriterionService or the AdGroupCriterionService to set negative criterion on the campaign level or ad group level respectively. You can use the Placement criterion in setting your filters for the url.
