Regret the delay. I was checking this internally with the team. Could you
please confirm if you're trying to manage the pagination requests to stay
under the daily request quota? If that's the case, please note that the
pagination requests do not count towards the daily quota, only the initial
query will be counted.
Regarding your concern, could you please raise an issue on the PHP Github
issue tracker <https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-php>, regarding the
getTotalResultsCount()
