On the AdWords API perspective, you can use the Criteria Performance Report
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report>
to
get the data of the custom affinity audiences. You should be able to
segment or filtering by CriteriaType
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report#criteriatype>
field with *CUSTOM_AFFINITY* value. However, please note that this report
is a single attribution
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#single_and_multiple_attribution>
report
and may only return the criteria it deems most relevant. Furthermore,
retrieving the size of custom affinity audience is currently not supported
in AdWords API.
