Hi Rishabh,
If you're associating a Feed to a campaign, all of the AdGroups in the
campaign will be associated with the feed too. You will be able to use the
CustomerFeedService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/CustomerFeedService>
, CampaignFeedService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/CampaignFeedService>
, AdGroupFeedService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdGroupFeedService>.
If you're restricting the FeedItems to be associated with any specific
FeedItem, then you will have to use the FeedItemTargetService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/FeedItemTargetService>.

more information. If you could share the specific FeedItemTargetService
.get()
