AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.errors#authorizationerror> occurs
when there is no link between the manager account and the client account.
Could you confirm if you have set the login-customer-id
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/concepts/call-structure#login-customer-id> in
your requests header to match the manager you're logging in as? If this
header is not set, you may begin seeing the error: USER_PERMISSION_DENIED.
