to
know which type of reports support Dynamic Search Ads in AdWords API.
You may utilize Criteria Performance Report
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report>
instead
of Paid Organic Query Report, and use Cost
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report#cost>
filed
of the report.
