Could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs when you
encountered this error so I could investigate this further? If you have not
enabled logging, you may refer to this guide
<https://github.com/googleads/googleads-dotnet-lib#how-to-enable-logging>
on how to do so. You may use the *reply privately to author* option.

The documentation suggest that 'developer doesn't have access to this
