Custom reports are currently not supported in the AdWords API. To learn
which Google Ads UI reports have AdWords API equivalent reports, you may
refer to this guide
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/uireports>. Also,
you can check out the Search Query Performance Report
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/search-query-performance-report>
to
track your Query
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/search-query-performance-report#query>'s
statistics,
however, the Ad Relevance and Expected CTR fields are not supported. I hope
