Hello,
You can only retrieve appId on a certain level (campaign level, ad group
level) at a time. You could use the CampaignCriterionService.get()
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CampaignCriterionService#get>
or
the AdGroupCriterionService.get()
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupCriterionService>
depending
on the level you wish to retrieve. You can specify MobileApplication.appId
in the selector to get the appid. Let me know if you have any further
