I was able to replicate the issue. I have shared this information with the
team. I will keep you posted on the details.
For your second concern: Could you please confirm if this Ad Headline is
created from the API or the UI? If you're referring to the Description and
the Long Headline, please note that it can have up to 90 characters as
mentioned in this help center article
<https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/1704389?hl=en>. If this does
not address your concern, could you please share the UI screenshot along
with the API SOAP logs, so I can take a closer look? You can reply back via
Reply privately to author option.
