Hi, As specified in the API documentation <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder#endDateTime>, you can set the EndDateTime on a Budget Order to the same instant as '20371230 235959 America/Los_Angeles' to specify an infinite end date. However 'StartDateTime and EndDateTime must use the same time zone'. If I wanted to use America/Toronto as the timezone in my StartDateTime ( +3 hours from America/Los_Angeles ), would I specify '20371230 235959 America/Toronto' or '20380101 025959 America/Toronto' to indicate and infinite EndDateTime?
