Please find my response below:
1. The error CollectionSizeError.TOO_MANY
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/TargetingIdeaService.CollectionSizeError>
is
thrown when the limit for a particular API request is exceeded. Please
note
that the rhsOperand must contain at least 1 and no more than 20
ConstantOperand objects. For more information, please refer to this
documentation
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/feed-matching-functions#selection_by_feed_item_id>
for
reference. You will have to make sure that the number of feed item ids
that
you are setting is 20 or less than that.
2. You can use IDENTITY matching function as true to select all of the
feed items in a feed. For more information, please refer to this
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/feed-matching-functions#identity_functions_always_true_or_always_false>
document.
