You could use the short_headline and description fields of the
responsive_display_ad
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v0.common#google.ads.googleads.v0.common.ResponsiveDisplayAdInfo>
by
using the AdGroupAdService.MutateAdGroupAds
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v0.services#google.ads.googleads.v0.services.AdGroupAdService>
operation.
Via Google Ads API you will be able to add only one short_headline even
with the AdWords API as well. Please let me know if you have any other
