Keywords are identified when the CriterionId is paired with the CampaignId
or the AdGroupId. This what makes the keywords unique. You may refer to
this guide
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/objects-methods#object_id_uniqueness>
for further details about Object Id Uniqueness. However, the Criteria or
the keyword text itself can have duplicates. I am afraid the AdWords API
does not provide a feature to detect and delete duplicate keywords. You can
only set the keyword criterion to *REMOVE *status but you cannot
permanently delete them. You may refer to our sample code
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/basic-operations#remove-a-keyword>
(also available in other languages) on how to remove keywords.
