Hello all, Is it possible to create a campaign, an ad group (for that campaign), and ad (for that at group) at once in Google *Ads Beta API via gRPC*?
I know in the Google Adwords API, you could use the BatchJobService with temporary IDs <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/batch-jobs#using_temporary_ids> to create a complete hierarchy simultaneously.
