1. Is this change is version specific as we found this new value in
v201802 Ads API.
No, you should start to see these values irrespective of the API version
being used.
2. What are values we should consider other than below and CONNECTED_TV
for field device.
The valid values for Platform are the ones listed here
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/codes-formats#platforms>.
From a reporting perspective, you will need to consider the enum values
listed here
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report#device>
