Hi,
We're encountering a fatal and consistent error when making a
ConversionTrackerService get request for a single account. Many other
accounts work without issue. Here is the selector:
selector = {
'fields': ['Category', 'Id', 'Name', 'Status', 'ExcludeFromBidding',
'CtcLookbackWindow', 'AttributionModelType'],
}
We use an exponential backoff and the request still fails after 5 retries
(16 minute wait time)
Can provide account ID and SOAP XML on request.
