Hello, You may refer to all the report types listed here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#cost> to pull the Cost metrics at different levels. At the campaign level, you may use the Campaign performance Report which will return the Cost metrics with one row per campaign. You can also take a look at the PHP Reporting code samples <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/php/reporting> as a reference.
