I am able to verify the API Campaign Performance Report with the UI. There are 261 campaigns(in ENABLED and PAUSED status) in your account and API is returning 258 campaigns only, the rest three are experimental campaign having CampaignSubType as "Reach". AdWords API wont support the experimental campaigns and hence you are not seeing them in the reports. Regards, Sai Teja, AdWords API Team.
