Hi Bhaskar, Manager accounts can terminate a relationship with a managed account by unlinking it, as long as the managed accounts has at least one user with access to the account, or is linked to a manager account that has administrative ownership of it. You can unlink the account using AdWords API, please refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#managedcustomerservice> to check the code samples. For more information, please refer to this guide <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/7456531?hl=en>. Let me know if you have any further questions.
