Hi Milind, Just the same problem. I get "403 Forbidden" error when accessing a developer token application form: when I click "Apply for Basic Access" (http://take.ms/9iVZK), I get this: http://take.ms/5GyOa.
*The link to AdWords Compliance team contact form, that you provided, also doesn't work!* It returns "403 Forbidden". I'm stuck with this, can you help me?
