Hi Ken, As discussed here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/codes-formats#in-market-categories>, you can use the ConstantDataService.getUserInterestCriterion() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/ConstantDataService#getuserinterestcriterion> method to retrieve your In-Market audiences list.
