Hi,

I'm having the same issue that was described in the initial question.

When creating an account in my Test Account using the new UI, it 
automatically gets cancelled upon creation. When clicking into any account, 
if I go into Tools > Preferences > Account status, there is no status shown 
and there is no button for me to reactivate my account (as described in the 
following 
guide: 
https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2375392?co=ADWORDS.IsAWNCustomer%3Dtrue&hl=en&oco=0).
 
Please let me know what I need to do in order to have my accounts created 
as *Eligible* by default.

I believe this is also causing issues for me when fetching all accounts 
under my Test Account. If I run the GetCampaigns.php example with the 
clientCustomerID set as my MCC ID, no accounts/campaigns are returned 
(possibly because they are all cancelled). If I provide a specific account 
ID then I am able to fetch campaign details for that specific account only.
