Hello Therese, The SERVICE_ACCESS_DENIED error occurs when a developer token which is approved for non-AdWords API service is used to make AdWords API calls. To troubleshoot further, could you please share the MCC account Id that holds the developer token being used to make the API call along wiht the email ID that is authenticating the call? You could use* reply privately to author* option while sharing.
